Steward's Report
Following a Stewards inspection of the track after kennelling, the track surface was deemed unsuitable for racing and the race meeting was abandoned, pursuant to GAR 110 (4). All bets on greyhounds in the abandoned races are to be refunded in full. The weights recorded for the greyhounds in the abandoned races are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start. Prizemoney to be split evenly between the competing greyhounds. Stewards spoke with the bureau of meteorology and were advised that the rainfall in the area would be constant until 9pm and the stewards abandoned the meeting at 17:43.
