Juliette and Midda's Missile collided approaching the home turn, checking Juliette. Perfect Lomar checked off Gem Victorem on the home turn. Lyrical Dad and Midda's Missile collided on the home turn, checking both greyhounds. Lyrical Dad and Midda's Missile collided in the home straight, checking Midda's Missile which fell and severely checked Perfect Lomar. 

Gem Victorem underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a left triangle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
