Steward's Report
All Fear was slow to begin.
Lord Maxie, Short Fine Leg and Slippery Swan collided approaching the first turn. Lord Maxie and Short Fine Leg collided on the first turn checking Short Fine Leg and severely checking Aston Scepter and Evan's Almighty causing both greyhounds to fall as a result. Lord Maxie and Short Fine Leg collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
Aston Scepter underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.
Evan's Almighty underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right chest muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Slippery Swan- winner of the event.
