Tommy Tummy Turn and Bear Lee Time collided soon after the start.  Mrs. Tropicana, Perfect Pearl and Love So Pure collided soon after the start.  Mrs. Tropicana checked off Bear Lee Time at the 250m mark.  Bionic Queen, Perfect Pearl and Love So Pure collided approaching the 200m mark.  Bionic Queen checked off Bear Lee Time at the 200m mark.  Tommy Tummy Turn and Mrs. Tropicana collided at the 150m mark.  Love So Pure and Bear Lee Time collided approaching the 100m mark.  Tommy Tummy Turn and Mrs. Tropicana collided at the 100m mark.

In accordance with LR 22 Catcher, Mr Jack Strutt was issued with a warning regarding the non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.

Love So Pure underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left pencil muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards spoke to representative, Mr Andrew Paraskevas regarding the racing manners of Love So Pure during the event.  After hearing evidence from Mr Paraskevas, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners during the event.

Rip Jazz, Red Impact and Later On were slow to begin.

Teofimo and Classic Gary collided soon after the start.  Green Opal crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Demon Flyer and Later On.  Due Kicker and Demon Flyer collided approaching the 300m mark.  Red Impact and Green Opal collided several times from the 300m mark to the 200m mark checking both greyhounds.  Due Kicker and Demon Flyer collided at the 250m mark.  Teofimo and Later On collided at the 250m mark.  Later On checked off Classic Gary approaching the 200m mark.  Green Opal checked off Red Impact at the 150m mark.  Teofimo and Later On collided at the 150m mark.

Green Opal underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abdominal muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Later On underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right pencil muscle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Dolly was slow to begin.

Gotham Baron, Royal Collinda and Dolly collided soon after the start.  Gotham Baron and Royal Collinda collided several times from approaching the 250m mark to approaching the 200m mark, severely checking both greyhounds causing Royal Collinda to stumble.  Royal Collinda checked off Gotham Baron at the 200m mark.

Royal Collinda underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left and right pencil muscles.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Alcindor, Audenzia and Denis The Menace were slow to begin.

Denis The Menace, Texicali Tiger, Audenzia and Lock Cracker collided soon after the start.  Lock Cracker and Texicali Tiger collided at the 300m mark.  Audenzia and Denis The Menace collided at the 300m mark.  Lock Cracker checked off Dynamo Dash at the 250m mark and collided with Texicali Tiger.  Texicali Tiger, Audenzia and Denis The Menace collided at the 200m mark.  Texicali Tiger, Audenzia, Denis The Menace and Lock Cracker collided at the 150m mark checking Lock Cracker, Texicali Tiger and Denis The Menace.  Alcindor and High Profiler collided at the 150m mark.  Lock Cracker and Texicali Tiger collided at the 100m mark.  Dynamo Dash and Denis The Menace collided approaching the winning post.

Ally Melba was slow to begin.

Toyed and Kenny Simpson collided soon after the start.  Toyed crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Tom for Shaw.  Toyed, American Missile and Unroadworthy collided at the 250m mark.  Ally Melba and Tom For Shaw collided several times from the 200m mark to the 150m mark, severely checking Tom For Shaw which lost ground as a result.  Toyed crossed to the outside at the 150m mark checking Kenny Simpson which raced wide for the remainder of the event.  Kenny Simpson checked off Toyed at the 150m mark.  American Missile and Unroadworthy collided at the 100m mark.

Ally Melba underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Pirate Pete - New declared weight of 33.9kgs, last raced at 35.4kgs. 

Perfect Colour was quick to begin.  Ha Ha Magoo was slow to begin.

Pirate Pete crossed in soon after the start.  Just Rambling crossed in at the 250m mark.  Paint Peeler checked off Just Rambling at the 150m mark.

It was noted that the muzzle of Pirate Pete was wedged between its teeth on pulling up in the catching pen.

Trickity Click and Sambar Chief were slow to begin.

Trickity Click and Aubameyang collided soon after the start.  Dream Wizard crossed to the inside soon after the start and collided with Lavish Diamond, Aubameyang and Trickity Click.  Trickity Click, Aubameyang, Lavish Diamond and Dream Wizard collided at the 300m mark checking Aubameyang.  Sambar Chief checked off Dream Wizard at the 250m mark.  Lavish Diamond checked off Aubameyang at the 200m mark.  Trickity Click and Dream Wizard collided at the 150m mark.  Sambar Chief, Dream Wizard and Trickity Click collided at the 50m mark.

Vortex and Man Cave collided soon after the start.  In My Pocket, Man Cave and Dewana Milo collided at the 300m mark.   In My Pocket, Man Cave, Dewana Milo and Smokin' Grille collided at the 250m mark checking In My Pocket and Vortex.  Vortex and Man Cave collided at the 100m mark.  Vortex checked off Man Cave at the 50m mark.

Jordanville Jet and Hello George were slow to begin.

Mac Rooster, Duncan, Hello George and Jordanville Jet collided soon after the start checking Duncan.  Hello George and Mac Rooster collided approaching the 250m mark and again at the 200m mark.  Jordanville Jet checked off Hello George at the 150m mark.

Handsome Jack and She's So Lovable were quick to begin.

Smart Rose crossed in soon after the start.  Scaramouche and Hot Hand collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  She's So Lovable faltered at the 100m mark and lost ground as a result.

She's So Lovable underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right pencil muscle injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Mr. Neat and Perfect Treasure were slow to begin.

Meehan Marlow, Bubba Jo and Electric Mick collided soon after the start.  No Tax and Indian Calling collided soon after the start.  Indian Calling checked off No Tax at the 250m mark.  Perfect Treasure and Meehan Marlow collided at the 250m mark.  Perfect Treasure checked off Meehan Marlow approaching the 200m mark.  Electric Mick and Meehan Marlow collided at the 200m mark.  Bubba Jo and Indian Calling collided at the 200m mark.  Meehan Marlow checked off Bubba Jo approaching the winning post.

No Tax underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Jason Stemmer regarding the racing manners of No Tax approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr Stemmer, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
