Adelong and Grace's Shout collided on the first turn. Adeiong brushed the rail on the first turn. Grace's Shout and Tails Of Woe collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Adelong and Zea Jay collided approaching the third turn.  Adelong and Tails Of Woe collided entering the home straight.

Tzar's Ghost and Compton Lucy were slow to begin.

Lead The Way and Tiggerlong Nibel collided on the first turn.  Papalia Bale and Tiggerlong Nibel collided on the first turn.  Papalia Bale marred Tiggerlong Nibel on the first turn.  Papalia Bale, Tiggerlong Nibel, Tali Tails and Wilson's Way collided entering the front straight, severely checking Tali Tails.  Papalia Bale turned its head outwards in the front straight.  Tzar's Ghost, Tiggerlong Nibel and Compton Lucy collided on the second turn.  Wilson's Way turned its head outwards approaching the third turn checking Papalia Bale.  Wilson's Way checked off Lead The Way in the home straight.

Papalia Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Shane Drummond, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn and in the front straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1), Papalia Bale was charged with marring.  Mr. Drummond pleaded guilty to the charge and Papalia Bale was suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Wilson's Way underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Gerard O'Keeffe regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the third turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1), Wilson's Way was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr. O'Keeffe pleaded guilty to the charge and was suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 69A(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Oseye Bale, George's Fancy and Fleetwood Sam were slow to begin.

Madam Evie and Flaming Rush collided soon after the start.  Bella Mia Rocks, Madam Evie and Flaming Rush collided approaching the first turn checking Madam Evie.  Bella Mia Rocks and Flaming Rush collided on the first turn.  Madam Evie and Oseye Bale collided on the first turn checking Oseye Bale.  Madam Evie and Flaming Rush collided on the first turn checking Flaming Rush.  Flaming Rush and Oseye Bale collided on the home turn.

Uniquely Mine, Masani Bale and Society Icon collided soon after the start.  Society Icon and Trending Quarter collided approaching the first turn checking Society Icon.  Trending Quarter and Yalena Bale collided on the first turn.  Uniquely Mine, Society Icon and Rockstar Haynes collided on the first turn checking Uniquely Mine and Rockstar Haynes.  Uniquely Mine galloped on Rockstar Haynes entering the back straight checking Rockstar Haynes.  

Ask For More was slow to begin.

Redzin, Gunnadoo Grace, Yahoo Serious, Aston Reward, Major Giblet and War Drum Express collided on the first turn.  Gunnadoo Grace galloped on Darra Onyx on the first turn.  Ask For More checked off Redzin on the first turn.  Redzin, Gunnadoo Grace, Yahoo Serious and Aston Reward collided entering the front straight checking Gunnadoo Grace which fell as a result, in turn checking Ask For More.  Redzin checked off Yahoo Serious entering the front straight checking Major Giblet.  Yahoo Serious and War Drum Express collided on the second turn.  

Gunnadoo Grace underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right triangle injury, laceration to the right front foot and an abrasion to the right thigh.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Lala Ivory and Maelynn Bale collided soon after the start.  Code Blue Sue and Lala Ivory collided on the first turn.  Code Blue Sue and Maelynn Bale collided on the third turn.
