Jacky's Eden underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg monkey muscle injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Why Not Hutch – New declared weight of 32.1 kg, last raced at 30.6 kg.

The start was delayed by approximately one minute due to holding for an Albion Park harness race.

Baby Pechey underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg torn nail injury.  No stand down period was imposed.  It was noted that the muzzle of Baby Pechey became dislodged during the running of the event.

An out of competition sample was taken from Draconic Lad on 16 September 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

A sample was taken from Rev The Jockey at the trainer’s kennel earlier today. 

A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Golden Child, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.

Mountain Goat underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg back muscle injury.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed. 

Midnight Breeze was quick to begin.  Silver Sky was slow to begin.

Yelredda Saint and How's It Alice collided approaching the first turn.  Tiger's Crest and Midnight Breeze collided on the first turn, checking Midnight Breeze.  Silver Sky, Yelredda Saint, Spritely Star and Scraping Paint collided on the first turn; Scraping Paint shifted out as a result.  How's It Alice, Yelredda Saint and Spritely Star collided on the home turn.

Scraping Paint underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Mr Joshua Slattery, the handler of Scraping Paint regarding the greyhound's performance in the event.  In accordance with GAR 75(1), the Stewards requested Mr Slattery to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Scraping Paint in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.

Tiger's Crest underwent a post–race veterinary examination due to an incident in the catching pen and was found to have a right hindleg hock injury.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Silver Sky - fourth placed in the event.
