Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Why Not Barney on 20/6/22 pursuant to GAR 139.
Akina Onyx was slow to begin.
Lakeview Lottie underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Ms Holly Thompson, the trainer of Lakeview Lottie regarding its performance in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Ms Thompson, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, the Stewards deemed the performance of Lakeview Lottie unsatisfactory. Lakeview Lottie must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
