Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Soda Mac.
Ryebuck Tears was quick to begin. Darnum Blaze and Bowser Boy were slow to begin.
Darnum Blaze raced awkwardly in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to its left hind toe. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Peter Handley regarding the racing manners of Darnum Blaze in the home staright. After hearing evidence from Mr. Darnum, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.
