Steward's Report
She's So Kind - late scratching at 6:01pm on 21/05/2022 with stewards permission when kennel representative Mr Keith Lloyd reported a major traffic accident en route to the race course was preventing the greyhound to arrive by the appointed close of kennels.
A pre-race sample was taken from Zara's Ivan.
Amron Boy was quick to begin.
Zara's Ivan underwent a post-race veterinary examination due to racing manners in the back straight, which revealed soreness to the right fore shin. A 14 day stand down period was issued. Stewards spoke to Kennel Representative Korie-Lee Heinrich regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Zara's Ivan was charged with marring. Korie Henrich pleaded guilty to the charge and Zara's Ivan was suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
