All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing, starting, and catching greyhounds.

Into The Kitchen went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.

Into The Kitchen and Worldwide collided soon after the start.  Elvis Osti crossed to the outside soon after the start.  Jack Out, Flying Torpedo and White Nikita collided soon after the start.  Flying Torpedo crossed to the rail approaching the 200m mark checking Trickity Click.  Worldwide and Oldina Patsy collided at the 150m mark.  Elvis Osti and Oldina Patsy collided at the 150m mark.  Flying Torpedo and White Nikita collided at the 100m mark.  Elvis Osti faltered approaching the 50m mark and lost ground.  Worldwide, Oldina Patsy and White Nikita collided approaching the winning post.

Elvis Osti underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have shin soreness to both forelegs.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Satanic Mikado and Omega Hondo collided soon after the start.  Dr. Ian and Zippy Customer collided soon after the start.  Satanic Mikado and Leg Burner collided approaching the 300m mark checking Leg Burner.  Zipping Chuck and Dr. Ian collided several times from the 200m mark to approaching the winning post.  Zipping Chuck and Omega Hondo collided approaching the winning post.

Dusty Knight - Late scratching at 10:16am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr T. Meyer was fined $100.  A sample was taken from the greyhound.

Havoc's Legacy and Major Bandit were slow to begin.

Line Stepper and Dundee Idol collided soon after the start.  Zipping Bambi and Havoc's Legacy collided soon after the start.  Havoc's Legacy and Line Stepper collided at the 50m mark.

Indy's Dream and Kid Malawi collided at the 300m mark.  Joyous Sensation and Mumma's Bear collided at the 300m mark and again approaching the 200m mark.  Kid Malawi and Pure Promise collided at the 250m mark and again approaching the 100m mark checking both greyhounds.  Mumma's Bear crossed to the outside at the 50m mark checking Indy's Dream, Pure Promise and Kid Malawi.  Indy's Dream, Kid Malawi and Pure Promise collided approaching the winning post.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 1 minute due to holding for the completion of a Stawell harness race.

Big Lug, Joyous Legacy and Viral collided soon after the start.  Rothford checked off Zero Connection at the 300m mark.  Zero Connection and Inter Vince collided at the 200m mark.  Zero Connection and Rothford collided at the 150m mark.

Slingshot Hammer, Sweet Demi and Joking Bear collided soon after the start and again approaching the 250m mark.  Sneaky Mojo crossed to the outside at the 300m mark.  Make A Pat and Zipping Martina collided at the 150m mark.

Rev Up Rocco and Stockbroker were slow to begin.

Ratified and Brother Guy collided approaching the 300m mark.  Car Dealer, Ratified, Brother Guy and Dr. Kyson collided approaching the 200m mark checking all four greyhounds.  Brother Guy checked off Dr. Kyson at the 200m mark.  Dr. Kyson crossed out at the 150m mark.  Ratified and Brother Guy collided several times approaching the winning post checking Brother Guy.  

A post-race sample was taken from Sorell - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mr W. McMahon regarding the racing manners of Dr. Kyson at the 150m mark.  After hearing evidence from Mr McMahon, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Mickey Blue Eyes and Cool And Deadly were slow to begin.

Blazin' Fury crossed in soon after the start checking Big Tango, No Jewels and Aston Gal.  Mickey Blue Eyes, Aston Gal and Blazin' Fury collided approaching the 250m mark checking Blazin' Fury.  Big Tango checked off Cool And Deadly at the 150m mark.  Aston Gal crossed out approaching the 100m mark and collided with Cool And Deadly, checking Aston Gal.  No Jewels and Blazin' Fury collided approaching the 50m mark checking Blazin' Fury.

Big Tango underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg dislocated toe.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr L. Mallia regarding the racing manners of Aston Gal approaching the 100m mark.  After hearing evidence from Mr Mallia, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Blazin' Cool and Early Limit were slow to begin. 

Moonshine Miss fell soon after the start.  Ivy's Bobby and Bold Voyager collided at the 275m mark.  Boes Bambino and Bold Voyager collided at the 250m mark and again at the 150m mark.  Boes Bambino checked off Bold Voyager at the 75m mark.

Moonshine Miss underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Jonah Alcatraz and Joyous Courage were slow to begin.

Joyous Courage crossed out soon after the start.  Midnight Vandal and Lovin' The Sun collided several times from the 250m mark to approaching the 200m mark checking Midnight Vandal.
