Steward's Report
Without Fear was slow to begin.
Without Fear brushed the running rail at the 100m mark.
Last Dance and Tinker China collided several times from the 50m mark to the winning post.
Tinker China underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right stopper and right tibia. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms C McMillan regarding the racing manners of Tinker China approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Ms McMillan, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.
A post-race sample was taken from Last Dance - the winner of the event.
