Niccali – Late scratching at 4.09pm (24 October 2020) when Mrs M. Lithgow reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Aston Genesis was quick to begin. Sadie Bale, Digitorum and Spring Party were slow to begin.
Sadie Bale, Digitorum and Bartholomew Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Digitorum. Sadie Bale crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Sadie Bale and Bartholomew Bale. Aston Genesis and Bartholomew Bale collided on the home turn.
