Galloping Occy and Kibitzer collided soon after the start. Tricky Man, Mindful Reality and Irwin Bale collided approaching the first turn. Kibtzer checked off Mindful Reality approaching the home turn. Tricky Man, Mindful Reality and Irwin Bale collided on the home turn. Tricky Man and Mich Wiggle collided in the home straight.

Meehan Marlow underwent a post-race veterinary examination following an incident in the catching pen and was found to have a left back muscle injury and an abrasion to the left hind achillies. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
