Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times. 

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face-masks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Legend Jet and Innocent Gem collided soon after the start. Innocent Gem and Reggie's Exhibit collided approaching the first turn. Legend Jet and Innocent Gem collided on the first turn checking Innocent Gem. Happy Dance and Legend Jet collided in the home straight. 

Paisley Bale – Late scratching at 7:20am on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a left toe injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Little Trucker was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Look Around, Inky's Fireball, Sonic Rainboom and Key Effort collided approaching the first turn checking Inky's Fireball, Sonic Rainboom and Key Effort. Sonic Rainboom and Key Effort collided in the home straight. 

Ruby Arizona was quick to begin. Going Viral, One Hombre and Soda Prince collided soon after the start, checking Going Viral and causing One Hombre to fall. Soda Prince and Lektra Nat collided on the first turn. Soda Prince and College Boy collided in the home straight. 

One Hombre underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Maxwell Auld regarding the racing manners of Soda Prince in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr Auld, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.

Flying Farrokh was slow to begin. Mr. Daver and Secret Thoughts collided soon after the start. Just A Giggle, Kraken Ruben and Akoya collided approaching the first turn. Flying Farrokh and Mr. Daver collided on the first turn. Just A Giggle and Mr. Daver collided approaching the home turn. Tango Icon and Akoya collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post. 

Cobber Victorem – Late scratching at 7:48am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr Richard Gray was fined $100.

Aston Cosmo, Stacey Bott and Chillin collided on the first turn. Midnight Titan, Chillin and Stacey Bott collided on the second turn checking Stacey Bott. Namida and Canya Go Wild collided on the home turn. 

Mercury Icon was slow to begin. Glory Road and Lilah's Mac collided approaching the first turn. Midnight Fussed and Lilah's Mac collided on the first turn. Alana Rose and Lilah's Mac collided approaching the home turn checking Lilah's Mac. 

Will's Bella and College Degree collided soon after the start checking College Degree. King Brown, Buzz Out and Darra Dawnne collided approaching the first turn. College Degree, Darra Dawnne and Buzz Out collided on the first turn. College Degree and Buzz Out collided approaching the home turn. 

Six And Out and Cullquin Freya collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Six And Out galloped on the heels of There I Go approaching the home turn checking There I Go. Berringa Blue and Stolen Jewels collided approaching the home turn. Six And Out raced wide in the home straight.
