Steward's Report
All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing and catching greyhounds.
Cayden Bale, Pirate Tails and Tai Pan Agogo were quick to begin. Tails Of Woe was slow to begin.
All Inn Chester, Tears I'm Here and Zambora Alani collided approaching the first turn, checking Tears I'm Here. Cayden Bale, Pirate Tails, All Inn Chester and Zambora Alani collided entering the front straight, checking Zambora Alani. Wild Aces Agogo and Zambora Alani collided approaching the second turn. All Inn Chester checked off Cayden Bale on the second turn. Tears I'm Here and Zambora Alani collided on the fourth turn.
Zambora Alani underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right chest muscle and right triangle muscle injuries. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Tai Pan Agogo - the winner of the event.
