Empress Blaze and Crystal Queen collided soon after the start.  Cairnlea Winnie and Camino Angel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Hickory Pandora and Empress Blaze collided on the first turn checking Hickory Pandora, Empress Blaze, Crystal Queen and Take A Daffodil.  Empress Blaze crossed out on the home turn and checked off Take A Daffodil.  

Hickory Pandora underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request - no apparent injury was reported.

Midnight Switch was quick to begin.  Andrea's Gift, Tigers On Fire and Stormy Lights were slow to begin.

Tigers On Fire and Stormy Lights collided soon after the start checking Tigers On Fire. Starlight Blaze checked off Peachy Went Bams approaching the first turn.  Andrea's Gift and Stormy Lights collided on the first turn checking Andrea's Gift.  Stormy Lights and Kip Your Lights collided approaching the home turn checking Kip Your Star.  Simoka and Midnight Switch collided on the home turn.

Roxy Diva was quick to begin.  Get A Job was slow to begin.

Ready For Sea and Viral collided approaching the first turn.  Peter Coin galloped on Ready For Sea on the first turn checking Peter Coin, Ready For Sea, Tokyo Ted, Aston Syrah and Gizmo Osti, Ready For Sea fell as a result.  Get A Job and Peter Coin raced wide in the home straight.

Ready For Sea underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right shoulder injury.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Magnetic Steff was quick to begin.

Zheng and Going Alright collided on the first turn checking Going Alright.  Mussa Jack crossed out on the first turn checking Family Trust.  Going Alright checked off Magnetic Steff entering the back straight.  Family Trust checked off Mussa Jack in the back straight.  Family Trust and Mussa Jack collided in the home straight.

Slick Intention was quick to begin.  Bit Twisted was slow to begin.

Delancy Bale crossed out on the first turn and collided with Bit Twisted checking both greyhounds.  Smooth Talker checked off Ripplebrook Glen entering the back straight.  Smooth Talker and Parzival collided in the home straight.

Madalia Ken was slow to begin.

Star Ballerina, Why Not Lilah and Mepunga Royal collided soon after the start.  Madalia Ken and Star Ballerina collided several times from the first turn to the second turn.  Why Not Lilah and Star Ballerina raced wide in the back straight.  Teardrop checked off Madalia Ken approaching the home turn.  Star Ballerina raced wide in the home straight. 

Zander was quick to begin.

Rona Express and Coolant collided approaching the first turn checking Coolant.  Impending and Rona Express collided on the first turn.  Indy's Happy and Coolant collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.

Allie Novak was quick to begin.

See Me Bespoked and Oh Suzie collided soon after the start checking See Me Bespoked.  Esfahan, My Era Rico and Calabrese Gino collided approaching the first turn.  Moody Girl and Allie Novak collided on the first turn checking Moody Girl.  My Era Rico faltered on the home turn and subsequently lost ground.  

My Era Rico underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock fracture.  A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Mayhem Thrill – Late scratching at 5.34pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right front toe injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Violation was quick to begin.

Livvy's Princess and Fernando's Boy collided on the first turn checking Livvy's Princess.  Fernando's Boy and Edge Serena collided on the first turn checking Fernando's Boy. 

Agent Ben was quick to begin.

Antique Ali and Bell Park Dragon collided soon after the start.  Barellen Rocket checked off Antique Ali on the first turn.  Lewis Osti checked off Little Rage on the first turn.  

It was noted that the muzzle of Agent Ben became dislodged during the running of the event.
