Aston Champagne was quick to begin. Enter The Son and Annie Rose were slow to begin.
Fergusta Bale stumbled at the start. Keep It Blue, Fergusta Bale and Swift By Design collided soon after the start checking Fergusta Bale. Fergusta Bale and Enter The Son collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Annie Rose causing Enter The Son to race wide. Keep It Blue and Weeona Bulldozer collided on the second turn and again on the third turn checking Keep It Blue which lost ground. Keep It Blue and Annie Rose collided approaching the home turn. Fergusta Bale and Enter The Son collided on the home turn.
