Steward's Report
She's A Keeper - Owner/representative Mr Chris Langley was issued a warning for failing to ensure the registration card was physically produced pursuant to GAR 33. An image of the identification for the greyhound was displayed on his phone.
Kasemi and Raquea's Dream collided soon after the start. Raquea's Dream crossed to the rail soon after the start. Harrell Bale checked off She's A Keeper approaching the second turn checking Cool Story Bro and Raquea's Dream. Raquea's Dream checked off She's A Keeper on the home turn. Kasemi tired in the home straight.
Kasemi underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 5. Kasemi was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle, left pectoral muscle, right triangle muscle and an abrasion to the right hock. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Harrell Bale - Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr Steven Collyer regarding the racing manners of Harrell Bale approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Collyer, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.
A post-race sample was taken from Harrell Bale - the winner of the event.
