Steward's Report
Explosive Yaala was quick to begin.
Black Power and High Priority collided on the first turn checking High Priority. Autumn Lynx marred Explosive Yaala on the home turn checking Explosive Yaala and Rio Baskin. High Priority checked off Black Power on the home turn.
Autumn Lynx underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. John Borland, the representative regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Autumn Lynx was charged with marring. Mr. Borland pleaded guilty to the charge, Autumn Lynx was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
