Tinted was quick to begin.  Tears I'm Back was slow to begin (3L).

Following the event Quade Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination after collapsing in the catching pen.  The greyhound was found to have suspect gastrointestinal hemorrhage.  A 60 day stand down penalty was imposed.  Acting in accordance with GAR 74 Quade Bale must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 72 and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.
