Rolling Stone was slow to begin. Northern Zone and All Inn Ava collided approaching the first turn. Run Hide Seek, High Fusion and Twilight Connie collided approaching the first turn checking Twilight Connie. Run Hide Seek and High Fusion collided on the first turn. Twilight Connie and All Inn Deeds collided on the first turn. High Fusion and Run Hide Seek collided approaching the home turn. Northern Zone raced wide in the home straight.
High Fusion underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have an injury to the right deltoid muscle. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
