Steward's Report
Coco Chum and Aston Hackett were quick to begin. Pontiac Express was slow to begin
Northrop Tiger checked off Coco Chum on the first turn checking Aston Hackett. Pontiac Lass, Empire Lad and Zumi's Swagger collided on the first turn. Boes High Five checked off Northrop Tiger approaching the home turn severely checking Boes High Five. Pontiac Lass, Empire Lad and Northrop Tiger collided approaching the home turn checking Pontiac Lass and Empire Lad.
Pontiac Lass underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left calf muscle and left hamstrings. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Coco Chum - the winner of the event.
