Attitude Plus was slow to begin. Victory Chase checked off Dr. Mumma approaching the first turn. Attitude Plus galloped on Victory Chase on the first turn. Pine Gem clipped the heels of Inuka on the first turn and subsequently fell causing Chunk Of Love to fall as a result. Minter Zoom galloped on Dr. Mumma on the first turn checking Dr. Mumma. Victory Chase galloped on Attitude Plus approaching the home turn. Attitude Plus and What's Up Skip collided on the home turn.
Pine Gem underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Chunk Of Love underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist sprian injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
