Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Rhonda Lily was slow to begin.  Trash, Arizona Gold and Act On Impulse collided approaching the first turn checking all three greyhounds; Arizona Gold stumbled as a result.  Colden Dayto and Aqua Maisie collided on the first turn checking Colden Dayto, Trash and Rhonda Lily severely checking Act On Impulse.  Arizona Gold and Colden Dayto collided approaching the second turn checking Colden Dayto.  Colden Dayto brushed the running rail on the second turn.  Trash checked off Pilbara on the third turn checking Rhonda Lily.  Arizona Gold and Pilbara collided entering the home straight.  Act On Impulse raced wide in the home straight. Another Rupee was quick to begin.  True Alpha stumbled at boxrise and was slow to begin.  Tinsel Doll and Attitude Plus collided soon after the start.  Tinsell Doll, Attitude Plus and Another Rupee collided approaching the first turn checking Attitude Plus and Another Rupee.  Tinsel Doll checked off Attitude Plus on the first turn checking Circumstance and Mountain.  Circumstance, Tinsel Doll and Mountain collided approaching the second turn.

Zambora Lulu stumbled at boxrise and was slow to begin.  Flaming Assassin and Kiss Me Razley collided soon after the start.  Sprite Halo checked off Invictus Roy on the first turn.  Cee Me Snoop and Gypsy Hook collided on the first turn checking Cee Me Snoop.  Flaming Assassin raced wide approaching the second turn.  Kiss Me Razley and Gypsy Hook collided in the back straight.  Cee Me Snoop checked off Lady Bang Bang on the third turn checking Zambora Lulu.  Flaming Assassin raced wide approaching the home turn.  Kiss Me Razley marred Sprite Halo approaching the winning post checking Sprite Halo and Gypsy Hook.

Flaming Assassin underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg carpal sprain.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Kiss Me Razley underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have pain reaction to the left elbow. No stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Gary Mannion, the trainer of Kiss Me Razley regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Kiss Me Razley was charged with marring.  Mr. Mannion pleaded guilty to the charge, Kiss Me Razley is suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Taltarni Black was slow to begin.  Dex's Affair, Sixties Rocker, Sole Trader, Golden Shiraz and Jayville Slick collided soon after the start checking Sole Trader, Golden Shiraz and Taltarni Black.  Dex's Affair, Jayville Slick and Sharni's My Girl collided on the first turn checking Jayville Slick.  Taltarni Black checked off Golden Shiraz on the first turn.  Dex's Affair and Sharni's My Girl collided approaching the second turn.  Taltarni Black and Sole Trader collided in the home straight.

Belle Ali was quick to begin.  Incognito stumbled at boxrise and was very slow out (3 lengths).  Jayville Tahlia and Blue Gal collided several times from approaching the second turn to the second turn.  Incognito, Jayville Tahlia and Blue Gal collided entering the back straight checking Jayville Tahlia.

Brave Traveller was slow to begin.  Secret Chimp and Hot Finish collided soon after the start.  Sailing Shoes, Nangar Rippa, Impending and Secret Chimp collided approaching the first turn checking Nangar Rippa.  Special Kirst, Sailing Shoes and Impending collided on the first turn checking Special Kirst.  Nangar Rippa galloped on Hot Finish on the first turn checking Hot Finish.  Brave Traveller and Delancy Bale collided approaching the second turn.  Special Kirst and Nangar Rippa collided on the second turn checking Special Kirst.  Sailing Shoes and Secret Chimp collided approaching the third turn.  Nangar Rippa checked off Sailing Shoes on the third turn.
