Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Our Katie Rose was quick to begin. Harper's Girl was slow to begin. 

Our Katie Rose, Captain Cruiser and Lucero collided on the first turn checking Captain Cruiser; Walk With Grace galloped on Captain Cruiser as a result checking both greyhounds. Harper's Girl and Dr. Tourmaline collided on the first turn. Walk With Grace and Captain Cruiser collided several times from approaching the home turn to the winning post.

Too Be Sure and Madalia Pixie collided soon after the start. Holey Dollar galloped on Montaro on the first turn chekcing Montaro, Madalia Pixie and Too Be Sure and severely checking Holey Dollar which contacted the running rail as a result.

West Of Westeros and All Class Fairy collided soon after the start checking West Of Westeros. Flossy Jo checked off West Of Westeros on the first turn. Marsha and West Of Westeros collided on the first turn. All Class Fairy checked off Marsha on the first turn. Marsha raced wide on the home turn. Castle Sween and All Class Fairy collided on the home turn. 

Warm Beer was quick to begin. Ballymac Vicar was slow to begin. 

Swift By Design and Ballymac Vicar collided approaching the first turn. Warm Beer and Dr. Nathaniel collided approaching the first turn checking Warm Beer. Swift By Design checked off Dr. Nathaniel on the first turn. Bag Of Tricks contacted the running rail on the first turn. Dr. Nathaniel galloped on Warm Beer approaching the home turn severely checking Warm Beer and Dr. Nathaniel; Dr. Nathaniel subsequently faltered and tailed off. Warm Beer and Patience Pays collided approaching the home turn. Bromley raced wide on the home turn. 

Dr. Nathaniel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist fracture . Dr Nathaniel was humanely euthanased.

A pre-race sample was taken from Seve Rose. 

Seve Rose checked off Swift Timing approaching the first turn. Seve Rose checked off Dr. Rozzie on the first turn. Terren's Close and Dr. Rozzie collided several times from approaching the home turn to the winning post. 

Dr. Rozzie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a injuries to the right fore sesamoid and left triangle muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Scorching Ember- Late scratching at 1.13pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mrs Stephanie Tyler was fined $100.

Rollo Ragnar was slow to begin. 

Lamotta and Shakalaka collided soon after the start. Baileys On Ice, Adonis Sands and Frankie Fever collided on the first turn checking Tickle My Fancy and Lamotta and severely checking Adonis Sands. Adonis Sands and Tickle My Fancy collided entering the home straight. 

Chief's Magic was quick to begin. 

Kingfisher Rose, Madalia Champ and Beatrice collided soon after the start checking Beatrice. Thistle Rock and Diamond Cartel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Thistle Rock and Diamond Cartel collided on the second turn severely checking Thistle Rock. 

Beatrice underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer and was found to have a left hind abraded paw. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Bricabrac was quick to begin. Akina Harley was slow to begin. 

Bricabrac shifted out soon after the start and collided with Locked In. Mad Eye Madam and Zipping Pink collided on the first turn. Lockwood Lad, Locked In and What's Up Skip collided on the first turn. Zipping Sullivan crossed to the rails on the first turn causing Brivabrac to fall, severely checking Akina Harley as a result. Mad Eye Madam and Zipping Pink collided on the third turn. 

Bricabrac underwent a post-race vetrinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Mad Eye Madam underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left elbow abrasion. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stormcast and Nicholas Rose collided soon after the start checking Nicholas Rose. Stormcast, Stay At Home and Off To Monaco collided on the first turn checking Stormcast and severely checking Nicholas Rose and Leo Rose. Stay At Home and Off To Monaco collided approaching the home turn.
