Mt. View Wrap was slow to begin.
Jack's Gone Wild, Swift Binga and Six And Out collided soon after the start checking Six And Out and Jack's Gone Wild. Mt. View Wrap faltered at the 100m mark. Six And Out and Italia Bella collided at the 100m mark severely checking both greyhounds. Mt. View Wrap and Sylo collided approaching the winning post.
Italia Bella underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Mt. View Wrap underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Whitford, the trainer of Mt. View Wrap, regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the 100m mark. After reviewing the side on and head on footage, Mr Whitford's submissions and Stewards own observations, no further action was taken.
