The start of this race was re-scheduled to 10.05PM.
Annaley Flash and Jacobite Jye collided soon after the start checking Annaley Flash. Big Baccala and Crackerjack Ale collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Ale. Annaley Flash and Romanowski collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Annaley Flash raced wide in the home straight. Dyna Xerox took no competitive part of this event and tailed off as a result.
Dyna Xerox underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left and right shoulder joint injury and a left groin injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
