Especial Empire was quick to begin. Superior Dunkley was slow to begin.

Especial Empire, Magic Shout and Lachie's Legacy collided soon after the start. Staggermite and Iman Bale collided soon after the start checking Legend Rose and Staggermite. Staggermite, Superior Dunkley and Especial Empire collided at the 150m mark. Magic Shout checked off Lachie's Legacy at the 100m mark. Tinker Cass clipped the heels of Staggermite approaching the winning post. Tinker Cass and Superior Dunkley collided at the winning post. 

Magic Shout a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded nail on the left foreleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Especial Empire underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Les Weeks after the greyhound performed below market expectations. Mr Weeks stated that he was disappointed with the run and had expected a better performance from the greyhound. Stewards noted Mr Weeks explanation and directed that a post-race sample be taken. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Gunner's Hawk, a post race sample was subsequently taken.

Lady Elegance was quick to begin. Gunner's Hawk was slow to begin. 

Flying Banjo and Awesome Asset collided soon after the start checking Flying Banjo. Angus Abalone and Gunner's Hawk collided at the 200m mark. Gunner's Hawk checked off Sylo at the 200m mark and collided with Angus Abalone. Sylo checked off Legend Spy at the 100m mark. Angus Abalone checked off Gunner's Hawk at the 100m mark. 

Collective Noun– Late scratching at 9.26am due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr David Basile informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Basile that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

Abbey Siobhan was quick to begin. Can't Spell went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.

Mane Toy and Poppo's Darling collided soon after the start checking Mt. View Molly. Poppo's Darling checked off Got Some Zip at the 150m mark. Mane Toy and Abbey Siobhan collided at the 100m mark checking Mt. View Molly and severely checking Mane Toy and Abbey Siobhan. Got Some Zip visibly eased at the 100m mark. Mane Toy, Abbey Siobhan and Mt. View Molly collided several times at the 50m mark checking all three greyhounds.

Mt. View Molly underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left carpal sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr T. Whitford, the trainer of Mt. View Gift and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the 50m mark.

Got Some Zip underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following Race 7 - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Trevor Whitford, the trainer of Got Some Zip regarding the greyhounds racing manners at the 100m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Got Some Zip was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Whitford pleaded guilty to the charge, Got Some Zip is suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Midnight Gieger– Late scratching at 9.28am due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr David Basile informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Basile that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

An out of competition sample was taken from Rainbow Parade (scratched) on 6 November 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Dirty Azzuri checked off Osiris Child at the 250m mark. Janray Rastus and You Blast collided at the 150m mark. Janray Rastus galloped on Awakened Dragon approaching the winning post checking Awakened Dragon.

Osiris Child underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer and was found to have a torn dew claw on the right foreleg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Rim Of Fire and Blue Cigar were slow to begin.

Ruby's Rosa, Bigwig and Red Potion collided soon after the start checking Blue Cigar, Ruby's Rosa and Bigwig. Bigwig and Red Potion collided soon after the start and again at the 150m mark. Going In Style and Buddy Boy collided several times from the 100m mark to approaching the 50m mark checking Gong In Style. Red Potion checked off Bigwig at the 100m mark.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dynamic Street. 

Dynamic Street and Crackerjack Mick collided soon after the start. Pergamon and Alf Mulwee collided soon after the start. Ugo Girl crossed to the outside approaching the 200m mark. Ace Gone Wild crossed to the rail approaching the 200m mark. Pergamon and Alf Mulwee collided approaching the 100m mark. Crackerjack Mick lost ground throughout the event.

Crackerjack Mick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 7 - no apparent injury could be detected. Stewards spoke to Mr N. Mason, the trainer of Crackerjack Mick regarding its performance in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Crackerjack Mick must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (7) Steward Ms Demi Barber did not act in any official capacity for this event.

Superior Pal, Manila Sprite and Undetectable were slow to begin.

Shimmy Dat Ray, Manila Sprite and Hot Tottie collided several times from approaching the 250m mark to the 250m mark. Superior Pal checked off Deep Blue at the 250m mark. Deep Blue checked off Cracked Pepper at the 150m mark. Undetectable and Manila Sprite collided approaching the 100m mark. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Know Success.

Hurricane Rose, Tinker Buzz and Usain Beast were slow to begin.

Dirty Boston and Usain Beast collided soon after the start checking Usain Beast and Tinker Buzz. Tinker Buzz and Usain Beast collided at the 300m mark checking both greyhounds. Hurrican Rose and Forgotten Girl collided at the 250m mark and again at the 150m mark. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Brayden Meachem after it was noted that the greyhound Tinker Buzz did not have a catcher in this event. After taking evidence from Mr Matthew Tabb, the handler of Tinker Buzz, it was established that Mr Meachem had been engaged by Mr Tabb to arrange a catcher for his greyhound.  Mr Meachem was found guilty of negligence and subsequently fined $50 pursuant to GAR 86(O). In assessing penalty Stewards took into account Mr Meachem‘s guilty plea and previous history in relation to this offence. 

Soda Ashlee – Late scratching at 9.29am due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr David Basile informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Basile that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. 

Pizza Shop - Late scratching at 10.53am on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right wrist injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Kinloch Journey was quick to begin. Tinker Billy went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to to begin. 

Tears In Eyes and Meehan Pebbles collided several times from the 200m mark to the 150m mark. Angry Answer checked off Tinker Billy at the 200m mark.

Angry Answer underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainers request and was found to have an injury to the right monkey muscle. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

George Knockin' were slow to begin.

Banyuatis and My Diamond Girl collided soon after the start. Banyuatis, My Diamond Girl and Unexplainable collided at the 100m mark checking Banyuatis and My Diamond Girl. Banyuatis and My Diamond Girl collided at the 50m mark.

A post-race sample was taken from Superior Uno - the winner of the event. 

Valstrepo– Late scratching at 9.30am due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr David Basile informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Basile that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.

Southern Edge was slow to begin.

Jiggly Wiggly crosssed in and collided with Slipaway Bolt and Doran's Call soon after the start, checking Slipaway Bolt. Kid Winslow checked off Southern Edge at the 250m mark. Southern Edge and Dirty Stella collided at the 200m mark. 

Raven Paws – Late scratching at 8.30pm on 7 November 2019 when Mr Steven Hetherton reported the greyhound to have an injured chest (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
