Akina Spice, Sisters Lee and Artemisia were slow to begin.

Grumpy Ray, Miss Cheekiness and My Girl Lilly collided approaching the first turn checking Miss Cheekiness.  Grumpy Ray, My Girl Lilly, Miss Cheekiness and Sisters Lee collided on the first turn checking Sisters Lee.  Miss Cheekiness checked off My Girl Lilly on the home turn.

Another Rupee and Darcon Lass were slow to begin.

Baby Shark and Son Of Fabio collided soon after the start.  Son Of Fabio and Darcon Lass collided on the first turn causing both greyhounds to race wide.  Baby Shark and Son Of Fabio collided in the home straight.

Stewards issued a warning to Trainer, Mr Brad Sands, for failing to obey the instructions of the Starter pursuant to GAR51(7).

A post-race sample was taken from Rapid Belle Noir - the winner of the event.

Ginny Woolf and Searching collided on the first turn checking Ginny Woolf.  Golden Romance checked off Run Maggie Run on the first turn.  Lucas Rose checked off Pacific Action approaching the home turn.  Run Maggie Run raced wide on the home turn.  Golden Romance checked off Pacific Action on the home turn. 

Pacific Action underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to be injured in the right back muscle.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Ginny Woolf underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of Trainer - Jason Whybrow.  It was reported that the greyhound had a minor contusion to the right ear.  No stand down period was imposed.
