Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Lightfoot Lass.
Lightfoot Lass, Come On Levendi and My Name's Wally collided soon after the start severely checking My Name's Wally which faltered and subsequently pulled up. Lightfoot Lass crossed to the outside at the 200m mark.
Come On Levendi underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury and suspected nerve paralysis in the left foreleg. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. After discussions with the on track Veterinarian Stewards were satisfied with the nature of the injury and took no further action.
