Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Jed Bale.
In accordance with LR 22 Mr S. Kemp was issued with a warning regarding his non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.
What Feeling was slow to begin. Stamped Urgent was very slow to begin (3L).
Maybe Hostile, Legend Rose and Iman Bale collided at the 250m mark. Jed Bale and Rim Of Fire collided approaching the 200m mark and again at the 200m mark. Maybe Hostile crossed to the outside at the 200m mark. Rim Of Fire crossed in approaching the 100m mark causing Jed Bale to check off Rim Of Fire. Stamped Urgent lost ground over the concliding stages.
Stamped Urgent underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right hamstring and the right quadricep muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
