Violet Blue – Late scratching at 10:17am when Mr C.Newman reported the greyhound to have a foot injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

All Inn Tara checked off Zoe's All on the first turn. Mo Dragon and Kraken Copper collided on the home turn checking Xera Bale and Kraken Copper. Remain Seated raced wide entering the home straight. All Inn Tara and Zoe's All collided entering the home straight. All Inn Tara and Deep Blue collided entering the home straight.

Hammer Red was a late scratching at 9:47am by Order of Stewards.

Stewards spoke to Mr B Milne, the trainer of Sprite Halo and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.

Claretown Trixie – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to change of kennel. Weighing 28.6kg and beginning from box 1, Claretown Trixie completed the 390m trial distance in a time of 22.80. Claretown Trixie placed 4th in a field of 4 beaten by 7 lengths. Claretown Trixie has been cleared to race.
