Steward's Report
Janray Lucky One – Late scratching at 12:10pm due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr Frank Meyer informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mr Meyer that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of this evidence.
Philo Bale and Uringa were slow to begin.
Kissable and Chasing Beers collided soon after the start. Titanium Lad checked off Renita Bale on the first turn checking Chasing Beers and Uprising; Titanium Lad, chasing Beers and Uprising raced wide as a result. Chasing Beers and Uprising collided approaching the second turn. Philo Bale crossed to the outside on the second turn checking Titanium Lad.
