Guilty As, Mayhem Pride and Ishmy Rory collided soon after the start. Floppy Roo shifted out and collided with Black Miss soon after the start. Floppy Roo crossed out at the 250m mark checking Black Miss, Guilty As and Mayhem Pride. Warrior Jake and Black Miss collided at the 200m checking Black Miss. Unusual Suspect crossed to the rail at the 150m mark. Floppy Roo, Castle Sween and Unusual Suspect collided at the 150m mark severely checking Castle Sween which stumbled as a result. Warrior Jake and Ishmy Rory collided at the 100m mark. Black Miss and Guilty As collided at the 100m mark.

Black Miss underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 4, no apparent injury could be detected. Stewards spoke to Mr J. Buckley, the trainer of Black Miss regarding its performance from the 150m mark. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Black Miss must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Come On Levendi and Bilbo were slow to begin.

Negan crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Tamou Bale. One Eyed Bandit and Nowhere Nathe collided soon after the start and several times from the 250m mark to the 150m mark. Tamou Bale and Superior Kiki collided at the 250m mark.

Cryptic was slow to begin.

Untested, Little Lunch and Plain Name collided at the 250m mark. Little Lunch and Plain Name collided at the 100m mark. Plain Name crossed in and checked off Little Lunch at the 50m mark.

Little Lunch – Proved difficult to box and will be boxed first in future events in accordance with GAR 52.

Voller Began awkwardly and was slow to begin. 

Voller crossed to the outside at the 300m mark and collided with John's Last and Rio Dixie. John's Last checked off Rio Dixie at the 150m mark. John's Last and Josie's Entity collided at the 150m mark checking John's Last which stumbled. John's Last checked off Josie's Entity at the 75m mark.

A post-race sample was taken from One Thrill - the winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Ms Susan Abela, the representative of One Thrill, regarding the market move on the greyhound in this event. Ms Abela stated that the greyhound has been racing consistently at Healesville in recent runs despite finding trouble in running and felt that with the clear uninterrupted run today, One Thrill raced up to her expectations. 

Golden Years checked off Grace Intention at the 300m mark and collided with Monster Machine. Secret Package and What's His Caper collided at the 300m mark. Lottie Biscotti checked off Uncle Rico approaching the 250m mark. Buck The Jockey and Unlce Rico collided at the 150m mark checking Buck The Jockey. Monster Machine lost ground from the 150m mark.

Monster Machine underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right hamstring. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Text Me Later - Late scratching at 10.43am due to the greyhound being on season (GAR 24). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Rothwell Gal and Sparkle Motion collided soon after the start checking Meehan Poppy. Busy Bella and Meehan Poppy collided approaching the 250m mark.

A post-race sample was taken from Aston Meilleur - the winner of the event.

Scott The Cash - Late scratching at 12.53pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an injury to the right deltoid. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. 

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due ot the late withdrawal of Scott The Cash.

Billy's Missile and I'm Orion collided soon after the start. Selynya Ryan and Billy's Missile collided soon after the start. I'm Orion checked off Faraday at the 150m mark. Faraday and Bit Fancy collided at the 150m mark. 

Kraken Smiles and Superior Bont collided soon after the start. Kraken Smiles shifted out at the 100m mark checking Riddles who clipped the heels of Kraken Smiles checking both greyhounds. Last Hurrah and Eye Catcher collided approaching the winning post.

Atlas Anonymous, Tinker Chuck and Coyote Ugly were slow to begin.

Atlas Anonymous and Tinker Chuck collided soon after the start. Wazza Hawk and Coyote Ugly collided soon after the start. Atlas Anonymous and Tinker Chuck collided several times at the 250m mark checking both greyhounds. Superior Sam and Mabel's Fire collided at the 150m mark. 

Too Good Joog – New declared weight of 36.0kgs, last raced at 34.4kgs.

Bageera and Red Queen collided soon after the start. Crakalakin Caity, Unexplainable, Too Good Joog and Mystic Jaguar collided soon after the start checking Too Good Joog. Unexplainable and Mystic Jaguar collided approaching the 250m mark and again at the 250m mark. Aston Truffle checked off Bageera approaching the 150m mark. Mystic Jaguar and Too Good Joog collided approaching the 150m mark. Mystic Jaguar checked off Too Good Joog at the 100m mark. Aston Rum faltered approaching the winning post.

Aston Rum underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the left monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Sonny Micawber - Late scratching at 10.29am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms A. Patten was fined $100.

Manila Sprite – New declared weight of 27.4kgs, last raced at 26.0kgs.

A pre-race sample was taken from Challis Magic.

Challis Magic and Man City Boy were slow to begin.

Superstar Jessie and Manila Sprite collided soon after the start. Manila Sprite, Man City Boy, Raven Paws and Cersei collided soon after the start.

Stewards abandoned the last event after storm activity in the area produced thunder and lighting presenting unsafe racing conditions.
