Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Coco Jumbo was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Miss Terry pleaded guilty to the charge, Coco Jumbo must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Rio Hustler, Superior Dunkley and Superior Power collided soon after the start. Worthy Prince and Grumpy Derek collided soon after the start.
