Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Claydon and Just Cruising collided soon after the start. Rockstar Rebel and Claydon collided on the first turn. Och Eye Mum and Outstanding News collided on the first turn. Just Cruising galloped on Gemma Rapid approaching the second turn severely checking Gemma Rapid and Och Eye Mum. Rockstar Rebel and Claydon collided approaching the winning post. 

Gemma Rapid underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle and right triangle muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Following the event Rockstar Rebel collapsed. A veterinary examination found the greyhound had a seizure. A 5 day stand down penalty was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 74 Rockstar Rebel must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

Justify was quick to begin. Devon Shadow and Brute were slow to begin. Bromley checked off Justify soon after the start. Devon Shadow checked off Tiffy's Express soon after the start. Simmo's My Bro and Tiffy's Express collided approaching the first turn checking Brute and Tiffy's Express. Devon Shadow and Tiffy's Express collided approaching the first turn. Brute lost ground from the first turn. Bromley checked off Dr. Rozzie approaching the second turn. 

Brute underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left deltoid muscle, left groin muscle and both chest muscles. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. 

Following the event Justify collapsed. A veterinary examination found the greyhound had a seizure. A 5 day stand down penalty was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 74 Justify must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) and receive a veterinary clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

Ricolina Lass – Late scratching at 9.49am when Ms Vicki Karabitsakos reported the greyhound to have a hock injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Rock In Rio and Party Lights collided soon after the start. Saint Jett and Eureka Icon collided approaching the first turn. Curly Top, Dewana Chic and Eureka Icon collided on the first turn. Curly Top and Party Lights collided on the home turn. Dewana Chic and Party Lights collided entering the home straight checking Dewana Chic. 

Lori Love, Major Giblet and Disco Riot collided soon after the start checking Disco Riot. Captain Chappy and Regal Missile collided approaching the first turn. Major Giblet crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Lori Love, Captain Chappy, Dewana Degoey, Tah Pam and Disco Riot. Dewana Degoey raced wide on the home turn. 

In accordance with GAR 51, Stewards issued a warning to Ms Jennifer Torr, the handler of Dewana Degoey and reminded her of her obligations to ensure that she follows the starters directions in all future events.

A post-race sample was taken from Dukey Duke - the winner of the event.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Lure Driver Mr C.Chilcott did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event. 

Lektra Yoyo, Mick's Legacy and Golden Years collided approaching the first turn. Chill Out Webby and Mick's Legacy collided on the first turn and again approaching the third turn. Clunes and Golden Years collided on the third turn checking Golden Years.

Mick's Legacy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

A post-race sample was taken from Lektra Yoyo - the winner of the event. 

Stretch Butler- Late scratching at 12.11pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a left fore toe sprain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Scatterbox. 

I'm A Dominator, Go Commando, Grudge and Scatterbox collided on the first turn. Scatterbox, I'm A Dominator and Grudge collided on the home turn checking I'm A Dominator. 

I'm A Dominator underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left monkey muscle, left chest muscle and a spike wound on the right hind paw. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A post-race sample was taken from Tah Matt - the winner of the event. 

Kiss Me Razley was slow to begin. Sailing Shoes, Talented and Close Encounter collided soon after the start checking Close Encounter. Talented and Summer Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Talented. Meehan Poppy, Sailing Shoes and Summer Girl collided on the first turn. Talented checked off Summer Girl approaching the second turn. Meehan Poppy checked off Sailing Shoes approaching the second turn. Meehan Poppy checked off Sailing Shoes in the home straight. 

Talented underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Smooth Talker was slow to begin.  Chasing Beers and Snake Pit Lass collided soon after the start. Debbie's Destiny and Fairytale Wish collided soon after the start. Debbie's Destiny, Fairytale Wish and Silver Smarty collided on the first turn checking Whoomph. Fairytale Wish and Silver Smarty collided entering the front straight checking Silver Smarty. Silver Smarty checked off Fairytale Wish in the front straight. Debbie's Destiny and Fairytale Wish collided approaching the third turn checking Debbie's Destiny and severely checking Smooth Talker and Silver Smarty. 

A post-race sample was taken from Trindad Scorpion - the winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Imminent.

Guilty As and Rising Moon collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Guilty As. Rising Moon and Railway Burra collided on the second turn. Royal Solo lost ground in the back straight.

Royal Solo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left deltoid muscle, left chest muscle and a spike wound to the left hock. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
