A pre-race sample was taken from Quick Paws.
Quick Paws was quick to begin.
Still Blue and Aston Stealth collided soon after the start. Lilly Lana and Rock Me David collided soon after the start. Weeona Bont, Lilly Lana and Rock Me David collided on the first turn checking Lilly Lana and Rock Me David, both greyhounds raced wide and lost ground. Capra and Aston Stealth collided several times approaching the home turn and entering the home straight.
Jeda's Girl's muzzle became dislodged during the running of this event.
