An out of competition sample was taken from Valletta Sky on 22 November 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Venus Allen and Valletta Sky were quick to begin.  Shadow Mist was slow to begin.  Special Drop and Shadow Mist collided soon after the start.  Shadow Mist crossed to the inside soon after the start.  Venus Allen, Giggling Gerty, Zekel Bale and Betty Bowl collided on the first turn checking Venus Allen, Zekel Bale and Betty Bowl and causing Betty Bowl to race wide.  Venus Allen and Shadow Mist collided on the second turn checking Venus Allen.  Zekel Bale and Shadow Mist collided on the third turn checking Shadow Mist.  Zekel Bale and Valletta Sky collided approaching the winning post.

For The Alliance and Cosmic Sparkle collided soon after the start checking Cosmic Sparkle.  Repercussions, Blazing Hype and Weblec Eagle collided soon after the start checking Blazing Hype.  Repercussions checked off Eddie entering the front straight.  Cosmic Sparkle and Blazing Hype collided approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.  For The Alliance and Blue Mascara collided on the second turn, severely checking both greyhounds causing Blue Mascara to race wide.  Blue Mascara crossed in on the third turn checking For The Alliance, Repercussions and Blazing Hype, severely checking Shima Mist.  For The Alliance and Blazing Hype collided on the fourth turn checking Blazing Hype.  Cosmic Sparkle, Repercussions and Blue Mascara collided in the home straight.  Shima Mist raced wide in the home straight.

For The Alliance was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Blazing Hype was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind, no stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Feikuai Donna.

Zen Prince, Rock Me Gorgeous, Dyna Virion and Vesper Bale were slow to begin.  Zen Prince and Rock Me Gorgeous collided soon after the start.  Dyna Virion and Vesper Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Dyna Romy and Mrs. Sharp collided approaching the first turn checking Dyna Romy.  Dyna Virion brushed the running rail on the second turn.  Mrs. Sharp checked off Winlock Sunshine on the second turn.  Rock Me Gorgeous and Vesper Bale collided in the home straight checking Rock Me Gorgeous. Rock Me Gorgeous and Mrs. Sharp collided in the home straight.

Lady Pandora was quick to begin.  Mepunga Frankie and Ultimate Bling collided soon after the start checking Mepunga Frankie.  Mepunga Pegasus, Midnight Titan and Living Daylights collided on the first turn checking Midnight Titan.  Living Daylights and Ultimate Bling collided on the first turn.  Undisputed checked off Mepunga Pegasus in the back straight.  Gloria Bale and Mepunga Pegasus collided on the home turn.  Living Daylights and Ultimate Bling collided on the home turn checking Ultimate Bling.  Ultimate Bling raced wide in the home straight.

Dyna Xervo – Late scratching at 3.56PM when Trainer, Andrea Dailly reported the greyhound to have a right hind toe injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Dailly, the representative of Dyna Xervo regarding the late scratching of the greyhound. Mr. Dailly stated Dyna Xervo was sound when checked prior to scratching time, however it was apparent that the greyhound was lame when loaded to depart to the track.

Riley's Paige and Captain Jake were quick to begin.  Dyna Artist and Dyna Yardo collided soon after the start.  Fab Reiko, Dyna Artist and Dyna Yardo collided approaching the first turn checking Dyna Artist.  Rock It Fernando checked off Rixy Ya Pest on the second turn checking Fab Reiko and Dyna Yardo.

Kilpatrick, Noonbarra Jack, Nunniong Plain and Striking Weetbix were slow to begin.  Kilpatrick and Dyna Uni collided on the first turn checking Dyna Uni.  Striking Weetbix and Dyna Uni collided on the first turn checking Dyna Uni and causing Dyna Uni to contact the running rail.  Shakey Coconut and Callister collided approaching the second turn checking Callister, She's An Earn, Nunniong Plain and Noonbarra Jack.  Noonbarra Jack and Callister collided on the third turn checking Callister.  Callister and Nunniong Plain collided on the home turn.

Dyna Uni was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right back muscle, right pencil muscle and right hip, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Shakey Coconut, the winner of the event.

Extra Speed was quick to begin.  Driftin' Away, Unsound Mind and Welsly Bale were slow to begin.  Kiss Me Nicki and Unsound Mind collided on the first turn checking Kiss Me Nicki, severely checking Unsound Mind.  Driftin' Away checked off Welsly Bale on the third turn.

Unsound Mind was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right hamstring, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Penta Allen and Security Code collided soon after the start.  Penta Allen and Dyna Bonnay collided on the first turn checking Dyna Bonnay and Security Code.  Spring Trick and Penta Allen collided on the second turn checking Spring Trick.  Dyna Bonnay checked off Penta Allen entering the home straight.

Seve Rose was slow to begin.  Saint David and Matilda Mikado collided approaching the first turn checking Matilda Mikado.  Little Biddy and Ash Star collided on the first turn checking Little Biddy.  Seve Rose, Matilda Mikado, Saint David and Little Biddy collided on the first turn checking Saint David and Little Biddy.  Saint David and Little Biddy collided entering the front straight.  Havana Miss checked off Weblec Jack entering the back straight.  Seve Rose checked off Ash Star entering the back straight.  Yeller Bale checked off Ash Star in the home straight.

Little Biddy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left wrist and left calf muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Due to a misunderstanding, trainer  Mr Peter Byrne failed to have Saint David vetted following the event and lef the course.  Stewards contacted Mr Byrne and have requested that he have the greyhound vetted at Warrnambool on Thursday, 28 November, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A veterinary inspection of Saint David at Warrnambool on Thursday, 28 November revealed --- Carpal sprain to the right wrist. A 10 day standown period was imposed.

Cee Me Snoop and Caishen were quick to begin.  Mogo Jet was slow to begin.  My Word Shirley and Lektra Perry collided approaching the second turn checking Lektra Perry.  He Shall Johnny checked off Lektra Perry on the second turn.  My Word Shirley and Lektra Perry collided entering the back straight checking Lektra Perry, He Shall Johnny and I'm A Krakouer.  Lektra Perry and Mogo Jet collided in the back straight checking Lektra Perry.

Rockstar Fletch, Bees And Honey and Madam Rosmerta collided soon after the start checking Bees And Honey and Madam Rosmerta.  Fab's Excise and Premier Sticka collided approaching the first turn checking Fab's Excise.  Kat's Hughy, Madam Rosmerta and Bees And Honey collided on the first turn checking Bees And Honey and Madam Rosmerta.  Thistle Smoke and Fab's Excise collided approaching the second turn.  Rockstar Fletch checked off Premier Sticka entering the back straight.  Bees And Honey and Madam Rosmerta collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Aston Kenji and Inter Santina were quick to begin.  Rojo Ollie checked off Special Kirst approaching the first turn.  Special Kirst checked off Curiouser on the first turn checking Rojo Ollie.  Pure Cool Titan checked off Zipping Sarah approaching the second turn checking Inter Santina and Mitch Bale, severely checking Rojo Ollie and Pure Cool Titan, both losing considerable ground as a result.

Rojo Ollie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
