Further enhancements have been made by Stewards around social distancing with COVID-19. In accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed the Starter to box the greyhounds in a single file boxing process, commencing with box 1, followed by 2, followed by 3, followed by 4, followed by 5, followed by 6, followed by 7, followed by 8. Essentially 1 through 8 in single file. All handlers will be 2m back from the handler in front.

Mystic Rose and Rock Me Nicholas collided soon after the start.  Another Avatar, Ragin' Outcast and Rock Me Nicholas collided approaching the first turn.  Rock Me Nicholas and Run Shifty Red collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Ragin' Outcast checked off Kip Your Best approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Rock Me Nicholas raced wide entering the home straight and collided with Thirty Red.

Black Hog Ride, Barbie Jiggs and Crashing Lil collided soon after the start severely checking Black Hog Ride which stumbled and lost considerable ground checking All Good Senor.  All Good Senor and Barbie Jiggs collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Select Charlie, Baby Pechey and Crashing Lil collided on the first turn.  All Good Senor and Barbie Jiggs raced wide on the first turn.  Jump The Bar and Rocky Gully collided on the first turn.  Select Charlie and Crashing Lil collided approaching the home turn checking Select Charlie.  Crashing Lil and Rocky Gully collided several times in the home straight checking Rocky Gully.  Select Charlie checked off Crashing Lil approaching the winning post.  Crashing Lil and Jump The Bar collided approaching the winning post.

Black Hog Ride underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right wrist and left stopper.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.  

Trainer Mrs G. Saunders requested Baby Pechey undergo a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a rigtht triangle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

My Dark Rose was quick to begin.  Kiwi Hustler was slow to begin.

Vanna Bale and Jayla Bale collided soon after the start checking Jayla Bale.  Majestic Way and My Dark Rose collided on the first turn checking Jayla Bale and severely checking Vanna Bale, Majestic Way, Feel The Thunder, My Dark Rose and Aston Jolie, All Class Fairy fell as a result.  Feel The Thunder and Aston Jolie collided approaching the home turn.  Feel The Thunder and My Dark Rose collided on the home turn.  Kiwi Hustler and Majestic Way collided entering the home straight.  My Dark Rose checked off Feel The Thunder entering the home straight.

All Class Fairy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right thigh and thoraco-lumbar injuries.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Dewana Success was quick to begin.  Fine Tactics and Sensory were slow to begin.

Tekki Nibbles and Rapid Response collided soon after the start.  Cute Patootie and Tekki Nibbles collided approaching the first turn checking Cute Patootie.  Sonic Sensation and Galloping Occy collided on the first turn.  Tekki Nibbles checked off Rapid Response approaching the second turn checking Fine Tactics.  Sensory checked off Tekki Nibbles on the second turn.  Rapid Response and Galloping Occy collided entering the home straight.  Cute Patootie checked off Sonic Sensation entering the home straight and stumbled.

Mr D. Crawford was issued with a warning after the greyhound He Shall Rodger was negligently (GAR 86(o)) placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.

Sanjiro was quick to begin.

That Will Be, Coco Marlow, Spolly's Beauty and Almani Rampage collided soon after the start checking Spolly's Beauty.  Dirty Stella and Why Not Bazzar collided on the first turn.  Coco Marlow and Almani Rampage collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Coco Marlow and Almani Rampage collided in the home straight. 

Parzival was quick to begin.  Rollo Ragnar and Smarty Pants were slow to begin.

Lightning Beach, Samp De Keats, Moroka Magic and Rollo Ragnar collided approaching the first turn checking Samp De Keats, Moroka Magic, Rollo Ragnar and Smarty Pants, Samp De Keats galloped on Moroka Magic as a result.  Lightning Beach and Rollo Ragnar collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Lightning Beach checked off Rollo Ragnar on the third turn.  Smarty Pants cramped in the home straight and lost ground.  

Smarty Pants underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp) Smarty Pants must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Tigga Toy checked off Carter Senor approaching the first turn checking Carter Senor.  It's A Drama and Gellar Bale collided approaching the first turn checking It's A Drama.  Speckie Mckean checked off Tigga Toy on the first turn, Speckie McKean lost ground and raced wide as a result.  Gellar Bale checked off Carter Senor approaching the home turn and collided with It's A Drama.  Carter Senor checked off Zemira Mikado on the home turn.  It's A Drama, Gellar Bale and Impending collided entering the home straight checking Gellar Bale.  It's A Drama and Impending collided in the home straight.

Holly's Affair, Sacred Path and Quick Paws were slow to begin.

Quick Paws checked off Why Not Hugh soon after the start.  Holly's Affair and Trixie;s Rocket collided on the first turn checking Holly's Affair and severely checking Trixie's Rocket, Sacred Path and Quick Paws, Sacred Path stumbled and lost ground as a result.

Goorawin was slow to begin.

Mahjong Buddy, Valley Reaper and Parumba Taylah collided approaching the first turn checking Valley Reaper.  Mahjong Buddy checked off Lord Davinci on the first turn.  Parumba Taylah contacted the running rail on the first turn and lost ground checking Goorawin.  Lord Davinci faltered on the first turn and lost ground.  Lord Davinci and Select All collided approaching the home turn.

Lord Davinci underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined, and was found to have a left calf injury and spike wound to the left calf.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
