Who Is Arandt, Macey Moo and Anubis Al were slow to begin.
Brinlee and Alamosa Bill collided soon after the start. Who Is Arandt and Macey Moo collided soon after the start. Who Is Arandt checked off Mepunga Mila approaching the first turn. Mepunga Mila, Aston Spinel and Anubis Al collided on the first turn causing to Aston Spinel to fall. Mepunga Mila and Brinlee collided on the third turn. Macey Moo checked off Anubis Al on the home turn.
Aston Spinel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a suspected fractured left scapula and an injury to the left shoulder joint. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
