Dark Jedi was quick to begin. Big Bash Army was slow to begin.

Sweet Coconut and Double Zero collided approaching the first turn. Sweet Coconut checked off Double Zero on the first turn. Double Zero checked off Lord Disik on the first turn. Elope To Paris raced wide on the first turn. Lord Disick galloped on the heels of Dark Jedi on the second turn checking Dark Jedi.

Lord Disick underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mrs B. Ennis, the representative of Lord Disick and issued a warning regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the home straight.
