Steward's Report
Tilly Lee - Late scratching at 5:39pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to illness (dehydration and diarrhoea). A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Chasing Rex.
Usain Spolly was slow to begin. Rock Me David, Usain Spolly, Okawa Eye Candy, Tin Shed Fred and Destini Trucker collided soon after the start checking Rock Me David and Usain Spolly and severely checking Okawa Eye Candy. Tin Shed Fred galloped on Chasing Rex approaching the first turn. Tin Shed Fred clipped the heels of Chasing Rex approaching the home turn. Okawa Eye Candy raced wide on the home turn. Tin Shed Fred checked off Chasing Rex entering the home straight.
