The start of this race was delayed by approxiamtely two minutes due to interviews being conducted alongside the track.
Desiree Devere was quick to begin. Gladioli Bale was slow to begin.
Run Baba Run and Fearless collided soon after the start. Star Anise, Smokin' Cindy and Dyna Virion collided approaching the first turn. King Gristle checked off Run Baba Run on the first turn, checking Gladioli Bale. Star Anise and Dyna Virion collided on the second turn. King Gristle checked off Gladioli Bale on the second turn. Run Baba Run checked off Fearless on the second turn. King Gristle and Smokin' Cindy collided entering the home straight.
