Airly With Grace went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Annie Rose was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Airly With Grace was checked off Paua To Avoid soon after the start. Parumba Taylah and Bago Gem collided on the first turn checking Bago Gem. Annie Rose galloped on Parumba Taylah on the home turn checking both greyhounds, checking Bago Gem. Paua To Avoid crossed out on the home turn. Keen Gem was checked off Kinloch Breeze entering the home straight. Paua To Avoid raced wide in the straight.
