Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Zita.
Erolo Bale was slow to begin. Galway Icon and Kissable collided soon after the start. Gloria Bale and Koenigsegg One collided on the first turn. Galway Icon faltered approaching the second turn and raced wide as a result. Erolo Bale checked off Gloria Bale approaching the home turn. Koenigsegg One and Erolo Bale collided on the home turn. Zita raced wide entering the home straight. Gloria Bale and Speedy Spyro collided approaching the winning post.
Galway Icon was vetted following the event and was revetted following R12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right calf and right triangle muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
