Twice Blessed - Late scratching at 15:51 due to non-arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mrs. Proctor informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. Stewards have advised Mrs. Proctor that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of the Stewards, within 48 hours of the occurrence that caused the non-arrival. The matter will be re-evaluated upon receipt of the follow-up evidence.

Jonathan's Rose was slow to begin. Tezzalenko checked off Tech Stock on the first turn checking Piccolo Fratello. Tech Stock checked off Tezzalenko approaching the home turn. Secret Service and Jonathan's Rose collided approaching the home turn checking Johathan's Rose and Urban Shiraz. Urban Shiraz raced wide in the home straight.
