Nervous An Weird and Time To Talk collided at the 100m mark. Peter Galo crossed to the rails at the 100m mark, causing Nervous An Weird to check off Peter Galo; Nervous An Weird collided with Time To Talk as a result, checking Nervous An Weird.
Mr Jake Collins failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Dyna Hunter for racing. Mr Collins was issued a warning pursuant to GAR 46 (2)

Following race 9, as a result of information received Stewards spoke to Mr Garry Selkrig, the trainer of Peter Galo. As a result of this conversation Stewards conducted a search of Mr Selkrig's vehicle in his presence. As a result of the search Stewards advised Mr Selkrig that no further action will be taken regarding the matter at this time.
