Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Sweet Strike.
Special Kirst and Boston Quay collided soon after the start checking Boston Quay which tailed off. Black Treasure, Sweet Strike and Kraken Champ collided on the first turn. Sweet Strike and So Say collided approaching the second turn. So Say and Miss Travers collided approaching the home turn and on the home turn.
Boston Quay underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
