Nicmac Paddywack underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hip injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Robert Glass, regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Nicmac Paddywack was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Glass pleaded guilty to the charge, Nicmac Paddywack  must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Just Talking and Hurricane Rose collided soon after the start. Aston Axel lost ground soon after the start and subsequently tailed off. Hurricane Rose and Jerra Lilly collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, checking Hurricane Rose. Kernel Panic and Hurricane Rose raced wide in the home straight. Cruzin' and Stylish Bree collided approaching the winning post, checking Stylish Bree. 

Aston Axel underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind back muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Carson County - Late scratching at 6.22pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to left hind sesamoid injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
