Steward's Report
Fairy Vixen – Late scratching at 8:54am due to non-arrival (GAR 31). Mr Peter Borradale informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on-route to the track. No stand down period was imposed as a mechanical certificate was supplied to Stewards.
A pre-race sample was taken from Tyche Onyx.
Rocky Two was slow to begin.
Chilling Story and Rocky Two collided at the 300m mark. New England and Flossy Lee crossed to the outside at the 250m mark checking Tyche Onyx. New England and Flossy Lee collided approaching the 200m mark. Stella View checked off Tyche Onyx approaching the 200m mark.
A post-race sample was taken from Flossy Lee - the winner of the event.
